Partnership with Rising Tide and HCDC to revitalize portions of Hamilton Avenue and nearby areas while maintaining community values, architectural integrity and ecological sustainability.

• Virtual Community Presentation July 9, 2025, 6-9 PM
• Full Proposal will be due July 28, 2025
• Developer Selection / Exclusive Negotiations in August 2025

Homewood Avenue Demolition and Site Grading

URA Project

In 2024 Pre-Development for Various Homewood Sites -Demolition and Site Grading of Selected Structures (13) bid was issued and awarded

March 2025, demolition and structural work began.

Homewood Experience Site Furniture

Neighborhood Allies Project

The design of this street furniture came from The Homewood Experience, a community branding project for the Homewood community that worked with artists to design neighborhood specific site furniture that includes a trashcan, bike rack, planter, and bench. These pieces are fabricated by local manufacturer Technique AP in collaboration with KMJ Metalworks and TOMO.
